SHIPMENTS
There is no minimum purchase value for online purchases. Products are shipped by express courier within 3/4 days of payment. The shipping charge is € 4.99.
PAYMENTS
Credit card, PayPal, SATISPAY, KLARNA: no surcharge
On-site collection: our products can be collected directly from our site in Leinì (Turin) without any surcharge or transport costs.
DAMAGED GOODS
If customers receive damaged good, they are asked to record this on the delivery bill and inform us within 5 working days by e-mail, using the address ecommerce@allegronatura.it, or by calling 011/9910495.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the Seller’s property until payment is received. Without the Seller's authorisation, customers may not pledge, transfer as security, process or handle the goods before the transfer of ownership.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL (PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 206/2005)
In their capacity as consumers, customers have a fourteen-day right to withdrawal. A ‘Consumer’ is any natural person who, in the contracts these terms apply to, acts for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession. The provisions governing the right to withdrawal and corresponding exclusions apply. If you have any queries or require clarification concerning the right to withdrawal we invite you to contact Customer Services.
Instructions on the right to withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without explaining why, within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the time you or a third party, other than the courier appointed by you, acquires the physical possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right to withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit written statement to be send by e-mail to Customer Services.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the statement regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMERS:
Consumers residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool. European consumers may use this tool to resolve any dispute regarding and/or deriving from a goods or services sales contract entered into online without involving the courts. Therefore, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to solve any dispute arising from the online contract entered into with the controller. The platform can be accessed using the link (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr). The controller is available to answer any queries forwarded by e-mail to the address (trader's email address).
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed all the payments made to us, including delivery charges, without undue delay and in any case no more than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Said reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may suspend reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them to us, whichever is earlier.
The cost of returning the goods shall be at the Customer’s expense.
You are only liable for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply for the supply of:
any non-prefabricated goods, produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, made to measure or clearly customised, the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery, and goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Any invalidity of one of the provisions of these General Terms of Contract shall not affect the validity of the contract as a whole. Italian law shall apply, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
