SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products can be shipped throughout Italy and abroad
ITALY
Express courier delivery:
€ 4.90 for orders up to € 48.99 (24-48 h delivery)
Free for orders over € 49
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days from the receipt of payment, unless they are out of stock. Courier deliveries usually arrive in 24-48 hours (delivery times may be longer for isolated areas or smaller islands).
OTHER LOCATIONS
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days from the receipt of payment, unless they are out of stock. The products will be dispatched from our warehouse in Italy. Our customer service is not available on weekends and Italian public holidays and no orders are processed or packages dispatched on these days.
Check that the address provided for delivery is correct. Telephone numbers will only be used in the event of problems with the order or delivery.
It is advisable to give an address where there is always someone available to take delivery of the goods.
Check that packages are not delivered wet or with crushed sides. If they are, write “accepted with reservations” on the delivery note and email us a photograph. Otherwise damaged goods will not be reimbursed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain locations. Consult the list of locations not covered here.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your order for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, you may return one or more items and choose to: receive other items as replacement or exercise your right to withdrawal and receive reimbursement for the returned product(s). The right to withdrawal only applies for contracts concluded through our website, and therefore does not apply to cosmetics purchased through stockists or third parties.
To exercise this right, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, written notification must be sent to by:

- a) the invoice number
- b) a description and the quantity of the returned products, in the case of partial withdrawal
- c) your bank details for the refund For payments made by credit card or PayPal, reimbursements will be made by means of a partial or full reversal of the transaction.
How to return products
Returned products must be sent to:

Products must be returned in their entirety, with the original seal (where present) intact and they must not have been handled in such a way as to diminish their original value.
The risks and costs of transportation to return products is entirely at the Buyer’s expense.

When does the right to withdrawal apply?
Customers may exercise the right to withdrawal referred to in Article 52 of the Italian Civil Code when all the following conditions are met: a) the products have not been used and/or damaged and/or opened; b) the products are returned in their original packaging; c) all returned products are sent in the same shipment; d) the goods are returned no later than 14 days after receipt.
The right to withdrawal does not apply for goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Shipping costs
The cost of shipping is € 4.90.
Delivery is free for all orders over € 49!
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch within 48 hours: your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the receipt of payment.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive it by the end of the next working day. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national and local public holidays.
Can I track my shipment online?
When your order is collected by the express courier, you will be sent an e-mail containing the tracking number that you can use to track the shipment to ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your order.
What happens if I am out when the courier comes?
If the addressee is absent, a second delivery attempt will be made the following working day.
If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will contact the customer to arrange for another delivery time. It is therefore important to provide a telephone number when you register with our website.
Our customer service is always on hand to help resolve any order delivery problems in a timely manner.
